With a heavy emphasis on our Product Management, Marketing, and entry-level Engineering departments, my primary objective is connecting the right professionals with available opportunities at Accruent. In addition to these departments, I recruit for General/Administrative roles.
My role entails full life cycle recruitment from sourcing, screening, scheduling/organizing interviews, and managing offers. At the front end of the process I coordinate with hiring managers to assess departmental needs in order to attract the best talent for the department and company and ensure up-front and timely communication with candidates throughout the duration of the process.
