Hans Bautista

Hans is a development worker who specializes in PMEL (planning, monitoring, evaluation, and learning) for human rights, and child development initiatives.

He earned his bachelor's degree in Political Science at De La Salle University-Manila and is currently finishing his master's degree in Community Development at the University of the Philippines-Diliman.
