Solving problems is not always easy, and espesially not alone. Therefore I strongly belive everybody should have the oppertunity to work/share ideas with other colegues and work in a team that shares both the success and failures.
Failure is not bad. Failure is an oppertunity to learn and make sure you are not making the same mistake twice. With an attetude like that, a team will have the psykological safety to try out new ideas and through exploration find the best posible solution
