Born in 1931 in Tabriz ,Aterpatakan.At 16 off to London for studies.Returned started off in business ,then small industries,soft drink bottling ,cork and import of trucks.Left for good and settled down in Barcelona,Spain in 1968.Left in 1990 for N.J. ,USA.Lived there for 10 yrs ,then off to FL,where again now another 10 yrs.Main interest, business and Armenian affairs, ,latter in Europe,before going over to America.Have worked on a "New Concept of electoral System and governance" ,which is registered as intellectual property at D.C. and Yerevan,Armenia.Political Economy also of interest.
