To do this we want to take a completely new approach to great customer service. We go above and beyond to deliver happiness to our users and make them super comfortable to speak to us, no matter how often, when and about what.

As Happiness Hero with Buffer, here is what you will be doing:

  • You will work together with Alyssa, Buffer's #1 Happiness Hero, on all of our support efforts.
  • You would delight our users with email responses as they send in support requests, suggestions and ideas.
  • You will Tweet on behalf of the @bufferapp Twitter account, replying to people with questions and suggestions and also just joining the conversation.
  • You would keep on top of the Buffer Facebook and Uservoice page, replying to questions and suggestions.

Do you have what it takes?

  • Right now, we are mainly looking for people based out of the US (GMT-8 - GMT -5) or Asia ( ~ GMT +7).
  • You will be working remotely from wherever you want to be.
  • You use Buffer for yourself or your previous company and enjoy the product. (would be awesome, cool if not :)
  • You are tech savvy, enjoy the startup world and want to make a difference in a small team.
  • You are a happy, positive-minded and kind person who has a great approach in dealing with others.
  • You have experience in dealing with customers via a marketing or support related position. (would be awesome, it's cool if not)
