Arlette Amoroso (Garreton)

Registered Social Worker in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada

I am a Registered Social Worker with over 19 years of experience working with children, youth and adults.

Since 2001, I have been facilitating skills building groups for young women between the ages of 11 and 17.

In 2003, I founded a youth focussed non-profit agency, Kids and Youth Activity Centre (KAYAC), and subsequently a Friday night youth sports program featuring soccer and basketball was born. Since then, young people from Malton have had a safe environment in which to hang out on Friday evenings.

Since graduating with a Masters degree from the University of Toronto in 1997, I have worked as a School Social Worker with the Toronto District School Board and a Clinical Social Worker at Davenport Perth Neighbourhood and Community Health Centre,

In June of 2015, I launched Bouncing Back Services, a private practice providing counselling services to individuals, couples and families with the purpose of inspiring optimal mental health and wellness in every individual who accesses my services!
