I am a 25-year-old fitness enthusiast. I work as a health and PE teacher, personal trainer and group fitness instructor. I am currently completing my masters degree to become a certified nutritionist.

During high school, my PE teacher inspired me and taught me to love activity. She helped me lose weight, changing my body for the better, and she helped me to have a better outlook on life. It is my goal to do the same for others!
