In short about me: I live in Bulgaria, which is a small beautiful country, located in eastern europe, next to the black sea. For the last 7 years I work in the area of customer service and satisfaction. I have great expirience building and maintaining a relationships with customers, building a CRM systems and managing a call center. Also I have a interests in psychology, marketing, management, personal development, sport, good music and good readings. From a mid of 2010 I'm writing a blog for inspirational stories and positive thinking. It`s called: Positive Spirit.
