Current focus is on helping start-ups and early stage companies with business strategy, marketing plans and hiring talent for key positions. He is on the board of WonderDoctor and Recruiting Edge.

Harbinder is also helping setup an incubator for a business school to promote entrepreneurship as a culture among students. Harbinder also serves as the Vice President for Global SuperAngels on honorary basis and also assists the Founders Forum India.
