I was born in Bimini, Bahamas. I received a B.S. degree from Stephen F. Austin University in Social and Rehabilitation. My dream to play professional football finally came true when the Atlanta Falcons invited me to training camp as a free agent, but God had other plans. In 1983, I accepted the "The Three Angels Message" and gave my heart to God. Returning to school and graduating from Oakwood Univesity with a Degree in Theology. I approached President D. Barron for a Pastoral position. He stated, "No money, no job!" I responded, "If I can be a free agent for the Atlanta Falcons, why can't I be a free agent for the Lord." That got the President's attention. I was hired.

While residing in Miami, Florida, I met the love of my life the former Sylvia Waite. We have been married for 30 awesome years. Together we have two children; H. Micah Weech-Pastor and Cyprian Weech-Business Manager. We have four grandchildren.

My favorite Bible verse is Galatians 3:20 "I am crucified with Christ, nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me:and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me,and gave himself for me." My favorite song is "Cover with His Life." My heart is committed to God. My focus is Jesus Christ first in my life.
