Hardeep Ahluwalia

Before founding the multisite California Vein & Vascular Centers, board-certified vascular surgeon Dr. Hardeep Ahluwalia served as the medical director of El Camino Hospital in Los Gatos. After earning his medical degree, Dr. Hardeep Ahluwalia began his residency at the Creighton University School of Medicine, where he received recognition as an outstanding junior trainer.
Several years into his residency, Dr. Ahluwalia began a postdoctoral fellowship at the UCLA Department of Cardiothoracic Surgery. He later returned to Creighton and served as the chief resident of general surgery.
After a clinical fellowship at Duke Medical School, Dr. Ahluwalia joined the medical staff of El Camino Hospital. In 2012, he launched the California Vein & Vascular Centers, which treat venous disorders at five locations, including Salinas and Los Gatos.
Dr. Ahluwalia also leverages his medical expertise to advise several California startups that deal with medical devices. In his free time, he recently earned a first-level certification in Body-Swing Connection, an approach for improving golf techniques.
