With our boutique personal injury practice located just outside of Atlanta, we provide caring, competent, confident legal representation to innocent victims who have been injured in auto accidents due to another person's negligence.

While we focus primarily on significant-impact crashes involving serious injuries, no case is insignificant...we work just as hard on smaller cases and provide the same top-level representation.

For more than 20 of the 27 years that I have been an actively-practicing trial lawyer, my wife Laura has been my paralegal and legal assistant. Together, we make each client feel as though he or she is our only client, providing personal service in every case, with all clients having open and direct access by calling or texting my personal cell phone...no case managers, no middle people, no run arounds.

And no upfront payments or hourly fees...we work on the contingent-fee arrangement which was designed so ordinary people can secure competent, experienced, zealous legal representation in the fight for their rights and protection of their interests against insurance companies.

Our founding fathers embedded into the Constitution the right of everyone to equal access to our justice system, regardless of social standing or financial means. Through "tort-reform" and vilifying personal injury attorneys and shaming the people who hire us, the insurance companies and their lobbyists and politicians have sought to take away these rights from everyday citizens and limit justice and fairness only to the socially-elite and those who can afford to purchase it.

But as long as ordinary people still have the right to secure our services through a contingent-fee agreement and as long as I still have breath in my body, I'll keep blazing a trail for justice and fairness for all who have been wronged, hurt, or mistreated.
