I’m an engineering leader with 16+ years of overall experience, including 14 years in fintech, and over a decade of deep, hands-on Java development. My work spans building, scaling, and operating systems in regulated environments where reliability, performance, and security are non-negotiable.

I’ve led teams and architected platforms across the fintech lifecycle — from customer onboarding and KYC to credit workflows, integrations, and large-scale backend systems. A key milestone in my journey was architecting and building a complete Loan Origination System (LOS) for an NBFC, which strengthened my approach to scalable design and operational resilience.

While I lead teams, I remain hands-on with code, and actively use AI-assisted development. Tools like AI copilots within VS Code have helped me accelerate development, improve integration speed, and maintain code quality — allowing teams to focus more on architecture, problem-solving, and business outcomes.

I enjoy mentoring engineers, simplifying complex domains, and building platforms that balance speed, scale, and long-term maintainability, while continuously evolving how technology and AI can improve the way we build software.
