Hello! My name is Harjeet, and I believe that hard work, continuous learning, and treating people with kindness are the keys to both personal and professional success.

My educational journey began with studying Supply Chain Management in Montreal, where I developed an understanding of logistics, operations, and the importance of organization and teamwork. Wanting to build a career where I could make a direct difference in people's lives, I decided to continue my education and am currently pursuing the Personal Support Worker (PSW) program at Conestoga College.

Before returning to school, I spent three years working as a Glazier for a windows and doors company. The job was physically demanding and required precision, patience, and a strong commitment to safety. It also taught me how to work effectively with a team, solve problems on the job, and consistently deliver quality work. Those experiences helped me develop a strong work ethic that I carry into everything I do today.

One of my greatest strengths is my willingness to learn. I speak English confidently and am currently learning French because I enjoy expanding my communication skills and opening new opportunities for my future. I believe that learning another language not only helps professionally but also allows me to connect with people from different cultures and backgrounds.

As I continue my journey toward becoming a Personal Support Worker, I look forward to using my compassion, patience, and reliability to support individuals with dignity and respect. I enjoy helping others and find satisfaction in making a positive difference, even through small acts of care and kindness.

Outside of work and school, I enjoy spending time playing cricket and football. Sports help me stay active, relieve stress, and remind me of the importance of teamwork, discipline, and perseverance. They have taught me valuable lessons about commitment, communication, and supporting others toward a common goal.

I consider myself a dependable, adaptable, and positive person who is always ready to learn from new experiences. Whether I am working with a team, caring for others, or taking on new challenges, I strive to give my best effort and continue growing both personally and professionally.
