Dr. Harkirath Singh Harbans Singh — widely known as Dr. Kirath Sidhu — is a registered Occupational Health Doctor (OHD) practising in Malaysia with over 12 years of experience in occupational and preventive medicine.

He is affiliated with ASP Medical Group and holds certifications as an HRDC-certified trainer and PRisMA 2024 Psychosocial Risk Assessor. His clinical work spans medical surveillance, corporate health screenings, workplace ergonomic assessments, smoking cessation, and psychosocial risk management.

Outside the clinic, Dr. Kirath creates workplace wellness content for desk-based professionals — covering burnout, nutrition, ergonomics, and the psychology of work. His goal is to bridge the gap between clinical occupational health and the everyday reality of the modern 9-to-5.
