I am a student and chef currently living in Royse City, TX. My interests range from food to movies. I am also interested in music, football, and video games.
Education
I believe that education is a critical component of a person's life that is required to learn and understand the basics of some of the many things this world has to offer. With that said, there are ways for us to better and improve our understanding of things in the real world. Things like how to do your taxes, personal cleanliness, real-world people skills, and so on are essential and should be learned. Some things I've been taught because they're required by the state that I'll probably never use instead of learning about topics that will be valuable whenever I'm on my own in the future.I believe that my education has prepared me for life after high school in the sense that I can read, do basic math, recognize historical events, and understand science, all of which are valuable in some way. Some optional subjects or specific topics in core classes, on the other hand, have better prepared me in the fact that they have taught me things like communication skills, the importance of social media, how to conduct myself in a job interview or on the job, and so on.
