Harlan Milton

Harlan Milton brings over 25 years experience in operations management. Mr. Milton was responsible for coordinating the largest deployment of digital television multicast technology in the United States, while simultaneously managing the technical transition from WB Television Network to the CW Television Network. This included providing continued support to WB affiliates.
In his most recent position Mr. Milton was responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of a 24-hour, seven day per week program feed, that included syndicated and original programming in 110 markets. Furthermore, Mr. Milton was responsible for the preparation, distribution, troubleshooting, and repair of all on site and remote site equipment. That equipment included integrated receiver decoders, audio video switches and commercial servers.
Mr. Milton ensured all programming and commercials are flawless, and on air at the appropriate time. He also established the encoding and transcoding workflows involved with the acquisition of all program, promotional and commercial content through their successful distribution and airing utilizing IP Over Satellite.
