I'm an intellectual lady that loves riding her Harley and traveling. Education is my field of expertise. Master's degree in Administration and Supervision with 28 years experience in public education. Working with at-risk students is my passion because I love a challenge in my life. My philosophy is students can learn from all walks of life and can be successful academically. I do not believe in failure, as that is not my lifestyle nor the students I reach. Many types of students have walked through my life from gang members to high society drug users, but most have prevailed to be successful by reaching academic gains. I've spent numerous hours on research based studies on brain based teaching and differentiated instruction in the classroom. I enjoy presenting workshops on differentiated instruction to staff members while engaging the multiple intelligence levels for collaboration.
