I'm a writer, storyteller, lover of books, & an internet addict.

I inadvertantly discovered that the countless hours I've spent on the internet could translate into actual professional skills when I joined the staff of The Carolina Quarterly. My love of marketing blossomed when I began my internship at Algonquin Books. I love helping the wonderful books they publish help find an audience & engaging with fellow readers across the internet.

This past summer, I interned at Pinckney Marketing, a marketing agency in Charlotte, NC. I learned more about how to write for different clients.

Outside of work, I'm writing a collection of short stories for an honors thesis. I also love traveling abroad & movie trivia (you won't need IMDB with me around).
