Over 16 years, Harley’s career has spanned software engineering, education, entrepreneurship, and investing. As an "endurepreneur," he sees parallels between the grit needed for ultramarathons and Ironmans and the challenges of building successful ventures.

These organizations, focused on education and peer-to-peer learning, have been pivotal in shaping his resilience and growth mindset.
After high school in Singapore on an ASEAN scholarship, Harley studied Computer Science at Yale University, graduating with honors. He worked in software and co-founded funded tech startups in the US and China, before returning to Vietnam to empower Vietnamese talent with international opportunities. Now based in Ho Chi Minh City with his wife and daughters, he enjoys spending time with family, playing music, learning German, and preparing for endurance challenges.
