Hi, it's Ezgi! I am a Turkish lawyer based in Malta. I focus on immigration, corporate and commercial law, concentrating in particular on international business, foreign direct investments and international trade.

In view of the prosperous trade relations between Malta and Turkey, I am currently an External Consultant at Malta Enterprise, the Government agency responsible for the promotion of foreign investment and industrial development in Malta.

My work includes cross-border business set-ups, project finance, government funding, lobbying, negotiating business deals and immigration consultancy. My international network allows me to provide innovative financial and business solutions to individuals and organizations. I cater to companies and high-net-worth individuals helping them reach their goals and grow their business by finding the right strategy. I provide corporate business advice to a number of clients on their day-to-day corporate transactions. I have advised many Turkish and international clients to establish their business in Europe and advise Non-EU clients to relocate their families to Europe.

I have years of experience in Business and Legal environments as a senior consultant. I am one of the founding members of the Maltese Turkish Business Council. I am Managing Director at Harmanci & Partners an international Immigration, Investment and Corporate services company based in Malta, Europe.

I hold a Law degree from Marmara University, Istanbul and I am admitted to the Istanbul Bar Association. I am a member of 100 Women in Finance (Malta Chapter) and a Mentor at TurkishWin & BinYaprak. I love diplomacy, business, literature, travelling and mentoring young women in my industry. I speak fluent Turkish, English and basic Italian.
