Over the years, I’ve built and turned around lending businesses with a focus on retail, collections, operations, and risk management across leading NBFC and bank.

My leadership journey has been about building sustainable and profitable lending ecosystems, with deep insights into the automotive finance domain, regulatory compliance, and strategic transformation. I’ve led national teams, build distribution, navigated complex NPAs, improved operational KPIs and driven digitization across sales and service layers.
