Harold Lehon

Drawing on decades of leadership experience, Harold Lehon is a managing partner of California's Naked Kitchen Group. Through the organization, Harold Lehon and his partner, Kong Son, work with entrepreneurs focused on food and beverages. They offers business owners across the San Francisco Bay Area incubation services and helps them test and develop new ideas.

Previously, Mr. Lehon served in executive management roles in public and private companies through out Silicon Valley, where he defined and led growth-driving strategies. Mr. Lehon has extensive international business experience in start-ups, early stage and mature businesses. Mr. Lehon has lived and worked in Japan and Malaysia as well as on the East Coast and West Coast of the US.

Since early 2021, Mr. Lehon has served in board roles with the Carmelita Homeowners Association of San Ramon. As director and treasurer, he is involved in projects that help the community prosper.

A Clemson University graduate, he has a bachelor of science in mechanical engineering. Throughout his career, he has maintained membership in the American Society of Mechanical Engineers.
