Harold M. Buckner Jr.

A financial services professional for more than 20 years, Harold M. Buckner, Jr. most recently was president of Transamerica's COLI BOLI business. He accepted this position after having served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer (COO) of the Corporate and Bank Owned Life Insurance business since 2008. Harold M. Buckner, Jr. came to this role from National Financial Partners, where he served as Senior Vice President and head of the Professional Partnerships, Practice Management, and Wealth and Income Planning divisions.

Harold M. Buckner, Jr. joined National Financial Partners following the establishment of his own financial services company, where he cultivated a clientele of closely held businesses.
