Harold Bob Nartey made the decision to become a nutritionist when he was a freshman in High School, leading to him enrolling at the University of Illinois in Chicago upon graduation. He studied for his Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition Science while there and he used this foundation of knowledge to help him achieve his Registered Dietitian Nutritionist certification at the age of 23.
