As an experienced global public health and international development professional, he has experience in a diverse range of health policy issues on the local, state and national level, from HIV/AIDS, public health preparedness, health rights litigation, women’s rights and gender equality, HIV/AIDS prevention and policy, health disparities and vulnerable populations, refugee health and human rights, global governance, maternal and child health, and public-private partnerships.
