Harpal was born in New Delhi. During his childhood, he became obsessed with colours, design and figuring out how things work. By the age of 25, he was involved in designing websites and online apps, as well as conducting tons of usability tests. Over time, design ideology became his fervent passion.

During his career, he has worked with Yahoo!, Nokia and Sapient. He has also won awards for his exceptional work for Bacardi, Elle and Yamaha. Harpal has been living in London for the last 5 years and has been involved in many tech start-ups, including one later acquired for $42 million. A creative and innovative person, he is well respected for his design skills, easy going personality and, of course, his iconic turban.
