Harsha de Silva, MP, is economic affairs spokesperson for the main opposition United National Party. He entered Parliament in 2010 to participate in the creation of a prosperous and equitable post-war Sri Lanka after a successful career in public policy, development economics, social and market research and media. He holds a PhD in economics from the University of Missouri (1993) and executive training from MIT.
