Harshavardhan Reddy Kankanala
Project Manager, Consultant, and Director in Hyderabad, India
I’m Harsha — an engineer by training, an educationalist by legacy, and a founder by purpose.
Coming from a family of teachers, I’ve always been passionate about building meaningful change in education. That drive led me from core engineering to design thinking labs in Europe — and ultimately into founding Edwisely, an education technology company transforming higher education in India.
I hold a Professional Doctorate in Engineering from TU Delft, Netherlands, where I specialized in efficient product and process development, with deep exposure to project management, design thinking, and financial modeling. My work across industries in Europe gave me a strong foundation in research-backed innovation and execution.
But my true calling was in solving a larger problem — the lack of personalization and intelligent support in higher education.
At Edwisely, I lead the vision of building AI-Powered Learning Campuses. We’ve designed the Intelligent Learning Infrastructure (ILI) that helps colleges move beyond traditional LMS/ERPs into systems that truly understand and support every learner.
We’ve developed two key models:
🎓 7AI Learning Model – delivering personalized journeys for students by tracking engagement, aptitude, cognitive ability, coding skills, and learning behavior
👩🏫 TEATAR Model – empowering faculty with AI support to teach, engage, assess, and remediate more effectively
Edwisely is already deployed in 20+ institutions (under platforms like Sreenidhi.AI, Anits.AI, and KEC.AI) and is aligned with NEP 2020, CO-PO, NAAC, NBA, and OBE frameworks. Our goal: build a network of 100+ AI Campuses by 2026.
Beyond product, I’ve mentored 150+ entrepreneurs and led 27 innovation projects from ideation to funding proposals. I continue to conduct workshops and talks on product development, motivation, and education innovation.
I'm driven by a simple belief: education should be intelligent, inclusive, and built for every learner’s potential. If you're building for the future of learning, let’s connect.
