Hi! Harsh Dod is a trained researcher and statistician. He loves to take on business challenges and generate interesting and innovative ideas.

Harsh is a 3rd-year Ph.D. Strategy candidate and a part-time faculty member in the management department at IE University. His doctoral research investigates the platform owner's strategic decision to enter a product/service category. Specifically, he explores how the platform-owner entry positively influences the competition, innovation, and demand in the focal category. He takes a multidisciplinary focus that encompasses the fields of strategy, entrepreneurship, platform markets, innovation, and government regulations. Holding a dual degree in BE-Industrial Engineering and MBA-Finance from Thapar Institute of Engineering and Technology, India, and having experience in diverse sectors such as manufacturing and e-commerce, Harsh remains dedicated to integrating theory and practice, and, currently, works with his academic advisor Dr. Prof. Caterina Moschieri, IE Business School.
