Aaron Hartman

Boston, Massachusetts

An alumnus of Boston College's Lynch School of Education, Aaron currently works in Office of Residence Life for Babson College as an area director for the upper-class area. In addition to overseeing four of the College's residence halls Aaron works to create a more gender enlightened campus by educating men and women on new, healthier definitions of masculinity and femininity. In addition to his passion for gender enlightenment, Aaron is driven to bring restorative justice practices to his work with student conduct.

Prior to working at Babson, Aaron was a graduate assistant for Tufts University’s LGBT Center where he developed his interest in social justice issues within the LGBTQ community, particularly around intersecting identities.

Outside of his work in higher education, Aaron loves cooking and baking for his fiancé, exploring new areas of Boston and catching a theater performance as often as he can.
