My work lifestyle focuses on big themes, food, fitness, cooking-the products of my life-in that order. I am entrepreneurial-minded and create experiences for others to enjoy healthy living and sustainable alternatives.

From farm to home and from farmer to table, I have learned to value the freshness and locality of produce. It makes a meal merry. I want to make that connection of people in wellness because I want to equip people to live their best lives mindful of their shopping and healthy habits.
