Hi! I am a retired US Air Force nurse. I have enjoyed taking a few years to enjoy time with my family and friends. Now I am a student in the Medical Coding and Reimbursement Specialist Certificate (MCRS) program.
I will complete this program in December and I am excited to work in this interesting and challenging field. My background as a Clinical Nurse Specialist is an asset as I have worked in healthcare for twenty years not only at the bedside but also on the patient safety, quality improvement side of healthcare.
