A member of the International Trademark Association, he also serves as an adjunct professor in entertainment and media law for the University of San Francisco School of Law. Other partners working for the firm include Ian K. Boyd, a former president of the San Francisco Intellectual Property Association, and Naomi Jane Gray, who serves on the Expedited Commercial Panel of the American Arbitration Association as an arbitrator.
