In 2013, he transitioned into the car rental industry, joining as an Operations Executive. Through consistent performance and a commitment to excellence, he advanced to the role of Manager – Customer Care, where he led service teams, optimized customer support processes, and played a key role in enhancing client satisfaction and operational efficiency.

In 2019, Harvinder founded Onstreet Cabs, a premium cab service focused on delivering reliable, safe, and customer-first transportation solutions. As Founder and Director, he continues to drive the company's growth, leveraging his industry knowledge and leadership skills to build a trusted and efficient mobility brand.
