Hello, I’m Hasan.. I’m a student. I am a fan of travel, music, and movies. I’m also interested in gaming and sports. You can hire me with a click on the button above .
In 2025, I completed my HSC. After that, my main goal was to get admitted to a good university. So, I focused completely on preparing for university admission tests.
At that time, I did not think much about skill development because I believed that getting into university should come first, and I would develop the necessary skills afterward.
Unfortunately, I could not achieve the expected result and, as a result, I was unable to get admitted to a university. This created a one-year gap in my academic journey. After spending several months without a clear direction, I also started feeling pressure from my family. They often told me, “You need to do something. Sitting at home for a whole year will not help you. You are only wasting your time.”
At first, their words made me feel disappointed. But very soon, I realized that simply waiting and doing nothing would not be a wise decision. That was when my mother gave me a simple but important piece of advice:
“Learn something that will be useful for your future.”
I share almost everything with my mother, so her words, along with my father's support and encouragement, became the beginning of a new journey for me.
At first, I was not sure what I should learn. Then one of my elder brothers suggested that I learn an online-based skill. Since I did not have my own computer, I decided to buy one so that I could learn and eventually work online.
I wanted to choose a skill that was computer-based, useful for both future employment and online business, and capable of supporting my long-term goals.
After thinking carefully, I decided to choose Digital Marketing.
There were several clear reasons behind this decision. As a student, I wanted to develop a skill that could potentially help me earn through freelancing alongside my studies. I also liked the idea of building a career independently rather than depending entirely on a traditional full-time job.
At the same time, I have a long-term plan to start my own business. I believe that having a strong understanding of Digital Marketing will play an important role in making that business successful.
Some people suggested that I learn Graphic Design or Video Editing. However, when I considered my long-term goals, Digital Marketing seemed to be the most suitable choice for me. After all, the success of a business depends greatly on effective marketing and reaching the right audience.
Then came another important question: Where should I learn it from?
One of my friends was already enrolled in a course at Creative IT Institute. He shared his positive experience with me, which made me interested in the institute. Later, I discussed it with my parents as well. With their support and encouragement, I visited the institute's website and explored the available courses.
I learned that they offered separate courses in SEO, Social Media Marketing, and Google Ads, as well as a one-year Digital Marketing Diploma program that combined these areas.
I noticed that SEO and Google Ads have strong demand in the international market, while Social Media Marketing is also highly important in the local market. So, instead of choosing only one specific course, I decided to enroll in the complete Digital Marketing Diploma program.
Finally, in April 2026, I enrolled in the Digital Marketing Diploma course at Creative IT Institute. My batch is SEO 2605.
I was fortunate to have Hossain Ahmed Shibli Sir as my mentor.
As a new learner, I found the learning environment very friendly, supportive, and welcoming from the beginning. The institute also provides a 24/7 support system for students. However, honestly, I have not needed to use that support very much so far. The main reason is Shibli Sir's excellent teaching style. He explains every topic in such a simple and clear way that I can understand most concepts and get answers to my questions directly in class.
Today, I believe that the one-year gap in my academic journey was not actually a loss. Instead, it became one of the most valuable investments I have made for my future.
I have turned that time into an opportunity to learn a new skill, develop myself, and prepare for the future.
There is still a long road ahead of me, and I know I have a lot more to learn. But I am confident that the decision I made today will one day take me closer to my dreams.
