Mr. Ramirez has 23 years of professional experience as a Team Leader and Project Manager working for different public and private international organizations, banks, governments, consulting companies, agencies, and INGOs in South-East Asia, South America, Central America, North Africa, Europe, and the Middle East. His professional experience is centered in the active participation in several projects which aimed to lift poverty through holistic, time-bound, and carefully sequenced interventions that included a consumption stipend, technical skills training, group saving, productive asset transfer, close monitoring, and coaching for life skills training, enterprise development support, product development, market research & development, financial literacy training, microcredits, marketing and savings promotion.
