I lead engineering teams and build software — and have been doing both for 12 years.
I currently work as a Software Development Manager, leading a cross-functional team of 15 developers and QA engineers across complex enterprise projects. My work spans the full lifecycle — from requirements and architecture through to delivery and production support.
My technical background covers full stack web development in .NET Core, React, and Node.js, with significant recent work in AI integration — building RAG pipelines, LLM-powered features, and evaluation frameworks using RAGAS and ATHINA AI for production-grade systems, not demos.
Over my career I have delivered systems across healthcare, shipping and logistics, automotive, textile, and HR industries. I represented the company I work for at GITEX Global in Dubai in 2022 and 2023, engaging with technology leaders and international clients from across the world.
Outside my corporate role I write and consult independently on software development and engineering leadership.
