Hassan Malik

Hassan is Director of Sales at Muscat Hills International Developments (MHID). He currently oversees off-plan sales for 1.2 million square feet of developments under construction at Muscat Hills, playing a central role in positioning the destination as a leading mixed-use hub in the Sultanate of Oman.

Prior to real estate, Hassan founded RISH, Oman’s premier destination for elevated living solutions, offering a curated portfolio of high-end kitchens, wardrobes, appliances, and architectural materials. He continues to cultivate exclusive European brand partnerships, integrating design, quality, and lifestyle sensibilities into the developments he represents.

Beyond business, Hassan is actively involved with his family charity, leading initiatives focused on expanding access to education for underprivileged children. His philanthropic efforts span Oman, the UAE, Pakistan, and Canada, supporting education, food security, healthcare, youth mentorship, and community development.

Previously, Hassan worked in merchant investment management and corporate law. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Economics from the University of Toronto, St. George.
