Syed Hassan Ali

Syed Hassan Ali is the C.E.O of a law firm known as Hassan & Associates in Dhaka, Bangladesh. In the past, he has held the position of Consultant, Project Consultant, Advisor, Land Advisor and Company Secretary in some well-known local, multi-national and foreign companies. His individual varied carrier includes corporate tax & VAT management; formulation of corporate service rules, charter of duties, manuals & polices; lands and assets management; project feasibility study & analysis; the management of multi-functional work team, development & delivery; over all functions of H. R. & Law department. Presently he acts as an Advisor with My TV satellite channel, Army Welfare Trust (Bangladesh Army) and few other group of companies on hiring basis. He has an Honours and Masters Degree in Accounting from the Rajshahi University and then he obtained a Bachelor degree in Law. Subsequently in 1992, he has got Membership of the Dhaka Taxes Bar Association. For almost 21 years of professional carrier, he has developed an exceptional background in people and project management and a professional style based on excellent inter-personal communications and an ability to make the best possible use of his personal networks.
