Hassan Khalid .
Jeddah, KSA
The school days offered me a lot to learn. Science, languages and history were of special interest to me. Sports, music, drawing, craft-work, etc., interested me the most. As a student, I was more inclined towards understanding the concepts.
After graduating in business with majors in HRM, I joined NLC as HR Assistant, during this time I learned HR Practices, Organisational skills and HR related methods; overall it was complete experience. I was soon selected for an International Project; in 2012, I was sent to KSA to support a JV project called Saudi Logistics Company between NLC and SBG as Assistant Manager HR, it was a great experience working in a cross functional setup with cultural diversity. I also got exposure to policy development. Later on in early 2013 I was running HR for all projects under JV.
My future goals include completing my Masters in Human Resources Management. Furthermore to become a Member of Society for Human Resource Management.
I always try to be socially responsible. From the year 2005-2006, I was part of NGO called Red Life with objective to donate blood to the under privileged. After helping people in need the feeling of bring about good was beyond comprehension. That experience had a lasting effect on me. In Jeddah, KSA I got attracted to help, with this motivation I got introduced to Open skies Jeddah, a facility that offers world-accepted therapeutic riding to special children. Working as a volunteer here makes me feel more responsible towards special needs for disabled children and I learnt how to deal with and help children get better, the improvement in them is a huge reward for all of us.
love my parents, always respect them, try to keep them happy and wish to facilitate them in any way possible.
I believe we should have clarity of mind, set our directions once in for all and pursue our goals honestly.
