Scott Hatch possesses a rare combination of policy and political acumen, having served as the Chief Floor Assistant to the Majority Whip in the U.S. House of Representatives, acting as the Whip’s “eyes and ears” on the floor of Congress. He also served as the Executive Director of the National Republican Congressional Committee.

Following his time on Capitol Hill, Mr. Hatch leveraged his experience into a successful career as a strategist and lobbyist at the highest levels of the non-profit, corporate, and political domains.

He developed a reputation for his exceptional advocacy, relationship building and management skills. Among his many successes he served as the lead strategist and advisor to Bono of the band U2 for his highly successful antipoverty foundation the ONE Campaign. He worked closely with Bono on several key initiatives, most notably facilitating a bipartisan agreement between the White House and Congress that passed and funded the President’s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (“PEPFAR”) program to change the tide on poverty and disease in Africa.

Mr. Hatch transitioned from politics to business as co-founder of Resolute Ventures, a firm that navigates, negotiates and closes specialized transactions.

He has been profiled in numerous articles, including a Washington Post Magazine cover story, “The Insider,” and recognized by Roll Call newspaper as one of the “50 Most Powerful and Influential Staffers in Washington.”

He is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame and resides in Fisher Island, FL with his golden retriever Reagan.
