With 7+ years of experience in the field of Software Development, I began my career as a Software Developer before transitioning into a Software Project Manager role. My process starts with analyzing business needs and collaborating with stakeholders to create specifications that align with the business requirements. I then transform these specifications into technical requirements, complete with database structures and workflow designs. I possess excellent interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and a team-player mindset, which enable me to communicate effectively with both my team and stakeholders. In addition, I am a creative problem solver who always strives to find the best solutions to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget constraints.
