Born in Jakarta, February 27, 1979, with the full name Hatta Iskandarsyah, I am one of the most determined professionals. had experienced ups and downs before finally making great success as a good leader. After many years as a worker, Hatta (my nickname) always learns and takes knowledge from his work (learning by doing).
the first lesson was being part of a production team in a film production, for several films. Then, I took the path of becoming an employee at a national TV company in Jakarta. But some other time, I have to be able to develop my skill (at that time infotainment shows were trending).
When I became a producer, I also kept abreast my work, that was when I made the decision to join a theme park company located in Bali (precisely in the Gianyar area). With my prior knowledge, I can become a leader of nearly 350 employees. At that time, I was worried about the responsibility given, but for me, there are no words "PROBLEMS" but I call it "CHALLENGES". With this success, in 2016, the company I work for was honored with the “The Best Leading Show” and “The Best ThemePark” awards in Bali (the “Bali Tourism Award 2016” event). this is because, I always having my cooperation with other departments, which is always communicated.
After two years in Bali, I tried to find another company that wil be close to the my family (wife and children) lived. Bintan Island is the direction for me to be able to continue my life. By being entrusted with me as Team Building Manager (Recreation Department) this has become one of the new "CHALLENGES" for my life. with the target of developing programs and looking for strategies to increase revenue and KOL, I collaborated with other departments to be able to work together and support each other. With quite pleasant results, I managed to unite all employees, not only for the guests who took part in the team building program, but colleagues in my place of work, I felt that there was a development with the employees no longer differentiating between their work status. And something comes up, Due to pandemic conditions, I am one of the employees who must be "returned home". However, I still always communicate with my colleagues to provide input on how to increase revenue, even though with limitations it must be in the path of government regulation.
