Hattie Parker

Hattie Parker is a graduate of Georgetown University, where she obtained a bachelor's degree in European studies with majors in German and French. Hattie Parker graduated magna cum laude and was a recipient of the Faculty of Languages and Linguistics’ Regent's Citation.

After her graduation, Hattie Parker worked as a fixed-income sales assistant at Merrill Lynch in New York City. There, she assisted non-dollar and mortgage-backed trades. She also conducted research in support of fixed-income arbitrage transactions and entertained prospective clients alongside traders.

After gaining experience in the financial industry, Parker entered the fashion industry, first as a public relations associate at Dolce & Gabbana, where she organized a number of events including visual layout design and model styling. She also served as a coordinator for the distribution of clothing line samples for celebrity events and publications. She later joined Helmut Lang. As a worldwide women's wear publicist, she served as a liaison between the designer and all media sources, including print and Internet outlets.

Since 2005, Parker has worked as a Realtor with John Daugherty Realtors in Houston.
