Hawthorn Builders: From Property Flippers to Property Developers

Hawthorn Builders grew out of the need for Hawthorn Investments, a company started in the Boston area by Mathew Roth and Ryan McDonnell in 2005. After buying, improving, and flipping several houses in the area, the pair eventually started designing and building homes for clients.
