Hayden Hester's current position is Territory Manager for Oil, Gas, & Chemical with Victaulic Company of America. He is reaching his 6th consecutive year at Victaulic. He has helped grow the North Texas and Louisiana territories for the O&G sector. Covering 200+ customer accounts and multiple partner accounts, he has learned how to become a successful consultant to his customer base. Using a cradle-to-grave project approach, he helps supply successful project construction timelines and economics.

Hayden is a proud alumni of Texas Tech University as a business student at the Rawls College of Business. He majored in Marketing and minored in Advertising. He is also a proud member of the Pi Kappa Alpha Fraternity since Fall of 2010.

Hayden's personal interests involve anything outdoors. Anything to get outside and enjoy nature. He enjoys camping, hiking, skiing, bike riding, and taking the dogs to the park. He gets married on Oct. 23, 2021 to his fiancé of 2 years, dating for 5. They love to travel together. Yearly, they try to see 2-3 new locations nationally. In 2022, they plan on enjoying a new marriage and seeing 2 places internationally; Mykonos, Greece and Phuket, Thailand.
