I'm a writer and strategic consultant based in Honolulu, Hawaii. For over 20 years, I've helped brands figure out what they're actually trying to say and who they're really trying to reach through Plate Lunch Collective.

My background includes construction work and driving delivery routes for FedEx before returning to college to study creative writing and journalism. Those early jobs taught me more about human behavior than any textbook - watching people when they think nobody's looking.

As a freelance journalist and writer, I contribute personal essays, cultural observations, and industry analysis to various publications. My work spans marketing strategy, consumer behavior, cultural patterns, and the social dynamics most people miss.
