Hayden Fowlkes

I’m Hayden Fowlkes, a civil engineer and Vice President based in New Braunfels, Texas. I specialize in residential land development, helping turn raw land into well-planned communities through thoughtful infrastructure design and project leadership.

I started my career as an entry-level engineer and worked my way up through project management into leadership. That journey shaped how I approach problem-solving, teamwork, and long-term planning—one step at a time.

I’m interested in practical solutions, strong community development, and doing work that holds up over time.

Outside of engineering, you’ll usually find me fishing, golfing, or enjoying a good BBQ.
