Hayden Holland

Hi my name is HK. I'm originally from the Pacific NW and now living in the Mcdowell Mtn area of Scottsdale, and fortunately with the Love of my life. My faith is very important to me, as is being active and doing anything outdoors--hiking the Grand Canyon for example is something I want to do once or twice a year, until the day I die. I won't let anyone put me in a rest home--because if they succeed, I'd likely die (take note, all loved ones:-). I've been involved in raising two great sons and was privileged to have coached their football, baseball and basketball teams over the course of about 9 years, mostly up in Seattle. One has graduated from college the other still in. I once was very active with triathlons and long distance bike rides, and still do the occasional 1/2 Marathon. Getting back on the bike (both road and mountain), is one of my serious goals over the next year. In 2018, one of my professional goals will be to launch an exciting informational communications company called, ThriveFourward. We will discuss subjects of interest to people that are experiencing the second half of their lives or above the young age of 40 (thus the name of the company). We'll interview guests that are subject matter experts in everything from nutrition, fitness and wellness; finances and investment; starting your own business, dealing w elderly parents or even kids that aren't ready to quite leave the nest, epidemic or systemic issues that effect all of us, as a few examples.
